The Brand
Kennie Mas is an independent fetish wear label founded in 2018. Every piece is designed, drafted, cut, and sewn in-house in our Sudbury, Ontario studio.
We work primarily in vinyl and specialty materials sourced from local fabric shops in Toronto & New York. Fetish wear has always held a deep connection to queer history, rooted in rebellion and self-expression. Kennie Mas takes that tradition and uses it as a space to experiment with design and self expression.

Made-to-Order Process
Every Kennie Mas piece is made-to-order.
Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue. When it’s time for your batch, materials from our suppliers are received, patterns are graded to your selected size, and each garment is cut and constructed in our studio. After final quality checks, your piece is packaged and shipped directly from our studio.
Production typically takes 10–20 business days, and during busier times of the year processing can take slightly longer.
This slower production model allows us to:
- Reduce material waste
- Avoid overproduction
- Offer size adjustments and customization
- Maintain control over quality at every stage
It also allows us to offer details such as multiple pouch size options and garment customization.

Sustainability & Responsibility
The global fast fashion’s emphasis on speed and low cost often comes at the expense of workers’ rights and safety. This model generates significant textile waste, heavy resource use, and pollution, and often depends on extremely low wages, excessive working hours, and factories where safety standards and labor protections are weak or not enforced.
Kennie Mas does not participate in this model. All garments are made to order in Canada and produced in house. Keeping production domestic and on demand reduces the distance materials travel, lowers carbon emissions associated with transportation, and eliminates the need for large overseas factories, helping reduce environmental impact. Local production also makes it easier to oversee working conditions, support fair compensation, and maintain transparency throughout the process.
The same approach applies to creative collaborations. All photography and visual content for Kennie Mas is real and the brand works with queer photographers from around the world.
The Creator
Tyler Lampkin
After graduating from college, I worked for several Toronto based fashion companies as a pattern drafter and cutter. I later worked freelance before deciding to launch Kennie Mas in 2018.
Fetish wear gave me the creative freedom I couldn’t find elsewhere. It allowed me to be experimental, exaggerated, and weird without compromise and allowed me to connect more directly with my community.
What started as a small independent project has grown into a studio practice rooted in technical skill, sustainability, and a deep respect for the craft of garment construction.
