Shipping Policy
Every Kennie Mas garment is made to order and we not carry any in stock/ready to ship items.
Production Time:
Please allow approximately 10–20 business days for your order to be created. During peak periods, production times may be longer. We work diligently to complete every piece as quickly as possible.
If you need your garment for a specific date or event, please email us before or immediately after placing your order so we can confirm timing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before fabric has been cut.
Once your garment has entered production (fabric cut), we are unable to cancel the order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note:
- Shipping timelines begin after production is complete, not from the date of purchase.
- Delivery estimates do not include production time.
- Orders over $300 CAD qualify for free shipping at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected a tracked shipping option, tracking details will be included. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.
Shipping Methods & Options
We want your Kennie Mas pieces to arrive safely. Shipping methods depend on your location and the service you choose at checkout:
Canada
- Canada Post – Standard, Expedited, and ExpressPost options with tracking included.
- UPS – Available for faster domestic shipping upon request.
United States
- Purolator – Our standard shipping option to the U.S.
- FedEx – Available for faster delivery; fees are higher than standard shipping.
International (Outside Canada & U.S.)
- Canada Post – Standard international shipping with tracking included.
- DHL eCommerce / DHL Gateway – Available for faster international delivery upon request.
Tracking & Delivery Estimates
All shipments include tracking numbers (active within 24 hours of shipping). Delivery timelines vary by carrier and destination. If you need a guaranteed delivery date or faster shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can recommend the best option.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Kennie Mas is not responsible for customs fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to international orders. Any additional charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Kennie Mas is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@kenniemas.com with your order number and photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
