As a small business operating on a made-to-order basis, every garment from Kennie Mas is carefully designed, cut, and sewn in our Sudbury, ON studio. We don’t maintain stock; instead, we start crafting your piece only once an order is placed. This approach allows us to offer highly personalized and unique garments, with a wide range of sizes and pouch options tailored to your needs.
Due to our handcrafted process, please allow around 14-27 business days for order to be created. During peak periods, it may take onger. Rest assured, we work diligently to complete your order as quickly as possible while ensuring top-notch quality.
If you need your garment by a specific date or for a special event, please email us after or before purchase to ensure timely delivery.
You can cancel your order at any time before we begin cutting the fabric. Once cutting has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
