Shoulder
Bust

Using a measuring tape, measure the width of your shoulders from the back of your body (from shoulder blade to shoulder blade).

Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

  • Sleeve: Measure from the middle of the back of the neck, out to the shoulder, and down to the wrist.
  • Chest/Bust: Measure circumference around the widest part chest/bust
  • Waist: Measure natural waist where pants sit (think regular rise pants).
  • Hips: Stand straight and measure around the largest circumference at hips.
  • Inseam: Measure inside seam from crotch to bottom hem.

POUCH SIZE: We've added a new option to our store to help make our garments fit you just right! Every body is unique and beautiful, so we've added a pouch size option to help give you the fit you want. The standard size, is the same size pouch we've used in the past and is commonly used by other underwear brands. Each size up from this is 1 inch wider, and each size smaller from the standard is 1 inch less wide. The flat option is what is commonly used in women's underwear, and has no pouch.

WHAT IT IS: 90% Nylon, 10% Spandex.

HOW TO WASH: Hand wash in cold water, mild detergent and line dry. No bleach, iron or dry clean.
